At Southern Marsh, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Below are the full details of our returns and exchanges process for orders placed through www.southernmarsh.com.
Return Instructions
To start a return, click the Return Form link and complete the required information. Once the form is submitted, you will receive a prepaid FedEx return label and instructions for shipping your items back to us. Return shipping is not free; a fee of $9.50 will be automatically deducted from your refund amount. Please allow up to 15 days for us to receive and process your return after it is shipped.
Return Eligibility
Items are eligible for return if they meet the following conditions:
- Products must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition.
- Returns must be made within 90 days of your original purchase.
- Products must have been purchased from www.southernmarsh.com; items purchased elsewhere must be returned to the location of purchase.
- Defective products are handled individually—contact us if you believe your item qualifies as defective.
Exchanges
To complete an exchange, fill out the Exchange Form. Once the form is processed, you will receive a prepaid FedEx label for your return with no shipping charge for the exchange. Return your unused and unworn items with tags intact. Please allow up to 15 days for your exchange to be received and processed. Exchanges must also be made within 90 days of purchase and follow the same eligibility criteria as returns.
Refunds
Once your return is processed, refunds (minus the return shipping fee) will be issued to the original payment method you used for the purchase. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
Defective Merchandise
If you believe your item is defective, contact Southern Marsh customer service by phone at 1-888-980-2774 or by email at returns@southernmarsh.com before sending the item back so we can determine whether the item qualifies as defective under our policy.
